First thing is that I need someone with a credit card to pay the Secretary of WA State to form my two nonprofits - one is magazine publishing and the other in book publishing. Each has a value of $25,000 totaling $50,000. I cannot pay myself any money nor can I pay anyone any money for running the nonprofits because they have to be volunteers.
I could have Betty form the organizations and get a credit card for me as well as the one she gets for herself for the nonprofit corporation. Let's put a limit on it. Let's say $5,000 limit. This way we can alleviate a cash-flow problem.
Next I have to calculate how much money I need to live with Susan. I think Susan will stay with me now. I need to retain my SSI and my Medicaid. I need to have enough to pay rent and the necessary expenses of being alive.
I got these new applications in the process with the Secretary of WA State and I haven't finalized them and so I could add Betty onto them, and as a matter of fact, have her be the boss. And so let me know figure out how she can be the boss while she lives in Wisconsin.
